It seemed like during some space scenes of the Rangers as well as the Turtles riding on the Galaxy Gliders, they tried to purposefully avoid showing the other Gliders and only showed the Red Galaxy Glider which could indicate that in these instances it's new footage. It's quite likely they didn't have the props for the other Galaxy Gliders when they were filming this episode.
